Teddy Roosevelt’s history is one of a man who was famous early. He was known for the Spanish American war as leading a charge up San Juan Hill. He was known for his conservation efforts and starting the National Park system and would visit places like Yosemite. Durning his presidency he was able to get legislation passed against monopolies (these have since been watered down) and he was active physically even though he had been sick as a child.
