A spirit can hurt you by repetitive suggestion, if you continue to place yourself
in severe distress, you continue open your self up to any spirit, or that same spirit
that you eventually obey and fail or get injured. There are calm spirits that enter
only when you sensibly pray or talk to the universal spirit. The worst harm is when
you decide to hurt others, I have done that and then had to work for them to repay.
