No they were all monks of peace. I should know I was there.
Christopher columus? Just a possible answer! Don't take it for truth!
Lucayans were the first African bahamians on the island of the Bahamas before christopher columus discovered them and the Bahamas.
The exact location of Columus's first landing site is in dispute. His biographer claims to have recounted from Columus's journal the island was called Lucayos. In any event, most historians agree that he landed on one of the islands in the Bahamas.
Christopher Columbus was born in 1451, May 20 and died in May 20, 1506, at the age of 55.
yes they were asked to bring 5 sets of clothes and a little money to spend at rest spots.
Well, we don't really know but we do know that he was the first to discover this new land. But then he didn't really tell anyone so they didn't really know. The only people who really did know was the king and queen of Spain. But then Amerigo Vespuchi came and "discovered" America. After that everyone knew. This is also why America is called America....because of Amerigo Vespuchi. Otherwise, if Columbus named it, it would have been called Christopher, Columbia, Columus, or whatever. Sorry if my info might not be accurate for you but most of its true.
