If there were Cro-Magnons alive right now, and they were standing in a crowd wearing normal clothes, you wouldn't be able to recognize the difference. They had a body shape like modern people adapted to a warm climate, with long arms and legs, although commonly had shorter and broader faces than in most people do today.
