From the time of prophet Muhammed (S.A.W), obviously I cannot be 100% sure this is fact as I was not there at the time, but from what i understand, the Jews were completely against Islam in that they believed that the last prophet would arise from amongst their people and refused to accept that he was Muslim.

Islam is against racism and discrimination policies practiced by Israel but not against the Israelis who call for peace and living in harmony with the Palestinians (Muslims and non Muslims).. If Islam is against racism and discrimination policies, they wouldn't convict people for not being Muslims in the middle east. Unfortunatly, they do so yes Islam is against Israel because Islam teaches the killing of non-Muslims (most especially Jews).
