God made a covenant with King David and based on his promise ask Solomon for anything he desires. God does not go back on his word so fulfill it by granting Solomon wisdom for that is what he requested. It was through God's wisdom that made Solomon powerful.
God answered Solomon's request for wisdom and said that he would give him riches and honour also, and then told him to walk in God's ways and keep his statutes and commandments, (1 Kings 3.12 to 14)
God gave man the power of freewill =)
God take the Kingdom away from Solomon and Give it to one of his officials
Whatever power you give it, that is it's power.
solomon do a grave sin to god
- For God's Sake - Give More Power to the People was created in 1971-07.
One day after Solomon became king, he fell asleep and God appeared in a dream to him. He said that He would give Solomon any gift he wanted, and Solomon chose wisdom to reign over his people. Go was so impressed that he also gave Solomon great wealth.
in the christian and Jewish tradition it was king Solomon who, when asked by God what he wanted most, said that the wisdom of God would be the best gift.
No, God gave no specific power or authority to Mary.
King Solomon's nickname was Jedidiah..It is a nickname from God meaning, "Most beloved of God"
Yes he did, towards the end of his life he became power hungry and lost his wisdom. Soon after he was blaspheming God.
Did God give man the power? Is it necessary to ask the question? Man creates wealth. Either God gave man the power, or man can take power against God's will. Another alternative is that the power to create wealth is inherent to man as a characteristic of human nature.
