Irina Spalko put the head on the "interdimentinal being" and it asked her what she wanted as a reward and she asked for everything it knew. it started giving her all the information and she became overwhelmed her; though it seems that the interdimentinal being knew her evil intentions because it gave her a murderous look, and thus intentionally killed her.
