originally he put them in a car and rigged equipment that put carbon monoxide in the car and the patients sat in there and fell to sleep and he waited until they died.
He also had patients hit a button that injected a mixture of lethal poisons that would kill the patient "peacefully".
If you are asking how many people he helped commit suicide, that would be hard to determine. It is possible he helped people who did not wish it to be known; However, on record he killed 130 patients Jack Kevorkian killed, but to better be known as, he helped people that were suffering and didnt want to live on their own will.
Jack Kevorkian was not a criminal. If one has the choice how to live their life, they should also be given the choice of how to end their life. Even if a doctor does not consider them terminal in the immediate future, everyone is terminal. Everyone will eventually die. Jack Kevorkian is a wonderful and misunderstood man. HE ROCKS.

Hagop Kevorkian died in 1962.
Jack Kevorkian did not go around killing people. He assisted people in suicide. It was a very humane thing and he fought for what he believed in. People who only were clinically depressed and wanted to die were refused death by Jack. He assisted the suffering people. It was agonizing pain for them to live, and they could not take it anymore. Jack Kevorkian did a very good thing for society. He is a hero and should not be treated as a serial killer.

Dr. Kevorkian believed that terminally ill people had the right decide how and when they wanted to die. He was responsible for a number of what he termed assisted suicides where he would set up a euthanasia machine that could be activated by the terminally ill patient. Kevorkian did not participate in the activation of the devices and the patient had to be able to activate the device without assistance. Technically, he did not put anyone to death.
