the Indians based their survival all around one animal. The buffalo. The Indians used everything from the buffalo to use as different things and some of the main ones are food, homes and decoration. the buffalo lived all over the plains and moved all around. the Indians ti-pies were made of buffalo but the ti-pies were made like a cone shape and this helped against the weather. in the winter the ti-pies would keep them quite warm because they could build a hole in the top and in summer there was flaps at the bottom so they could let the air in and out.
