No. Hitler died in 1945 and Sadaam came later. He may have read Hitler, but i doubt it.

No, but Iraq wanted him dead anyway. Iraq was under the repressive dictatorship of Sadaam Hussein and the Baath Party for more than tweny years, so perhaps it was necessary for retribution, but not for democracy.
There were many factors; better equipment, training, organization, leadership, intelligence, and air superiority, but after the war General Schwarzkopf gave ample credit to Sadaam Hussein for helping the Gulf Coalition win. By spreading his forces in a thin line along the Iraq-Saudi border, Sadaam invited the strategy that proved to be his undoing. Also, Schwarzkopf pointed out that Sadaam made a terrible blunder by not invading Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf States when he had the chance, before help from the other countries could arrive.
Unless the person specifically states that he is a member of the Freemasons, it is hard to know for sure. It's unlikely in this case though.
I don't know... would people be offended if you wear a Hitler costume or Osama Bin Laden or Sadaam Hussain? That's who many people compare him to
Sadaam Hussein, until he died in 2003 for hanging.
