The first ten amendemnts were all adopted at the same time. When the U.S. Constitution is amended, the new clauses are appended to what was there originally, rather than making internal changes to the original text. Thus, the original body of the constitution developed by the Constitutional convention of 1787 was what was there before the Bill of Rights and it is still there although assorted amendemnt have caused certain clauses in it to become null and void. If you mean by the president, or by the executive branch, no. There is a pretty intense process to repealing, as well as ratifying an amendment, because amendments are pretty much ultimate law. I pretty much gave you a dumbed down version, you can also read the constitution.
You would be advised to read the U.S. Constitution itself.
The original text of the US Constitution has not changed and is still there to be seen. The several amendments to the Constitution over the years have added provisions or altered how some are read. But nothing has caused any text to be removed from the document.
If you would like to read the US Constitution you can read this many different places. There are many museums around the US that have the US Constitution in them, and if that fails there is always online.
Which states signing ratified the constitution? Why don't you read the textbook? Probably because you can't.
I do not think that this is possible! If you have read the constitution then you would understand that everything is equally divided! No one amendment can overpower another unless they are against each other! Read the constitution before you ask questions about it!
There are a few article that tells the purpose of the constitution. The most read article would be the 12th Amendment.

What kept some African Americans who could read and write from passing literacy test?
Please read the first amendment (of the US Constitution) again until you understand it. (hint: nowhere in the Constitution is found the phrase "separation of church and state" -- the notion is antithetical to the Constitution)
read the Second amendment. When the Constitution uses the phrase "the people" it means the individuals who are citizens.
Most signers did not read the amendment before signing the bill
As far as i think and i have read...till now Indian constitution has been amended 94 times...please dont confuse with the term 'Bill' and 'Act'....there is difference between the two and it may be that 114 amendment bills have been introduced but not the amendments,
Read the first 10 amendments to the constitution and you will find your answer.
On this day in 1865, the U.S. House of Representatives passes the13th Amendment to the Constitution, abolishing slavery in America. The amendment read, "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude...shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
read it!
The freedom of peaceful assembly is indeed a right set down in the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. Below you will find a link. Click on it and surf over to the Wikipedia post on the First Amendment to the Constitution. The first paragraph of the article will tell you what other First Amendment rights you have. The rest of the article is good read, too. This is important stuff. People have bled and died for it. Why not take a moment to look it over? Uneducated, uninformed and uninterested people are easy to lead - and control.
