I'm not entirely certain what you mean, but I'll answer this question in a few ways.

Judaism has only ever been in power of any government for any stretch of time on three occasions: Biblical Israel (1200s-586 BCE), the Hasmonean Kingdom (135-30 BCE more or less), and the Modern State of Israel (1948-Present). The Biblical State of Israel had a very ethnocentric character and, especially in its earlier period (if The Bible is believed), they persecuted and murdered entire Canaanite cities. (Note: Most cultures at this time engaged in similar activity.)

The Hasmonean Kingdom was itself a revolt against Ancient Greek culture, but it does not seem that Greek colonists who had settled in their Kingdom were in any way targeted, but they were also certainly not citizens. The Modern State of Israel has granted citizenship to people of various non-Jewish faiths such as Islam, Christianity, Druze, Bahai'i, and others. Considering the Middle East, Israel is relatively tolerant.

For starters, Christianity and Islam branch off from Judaism. The Christian Messiah (Jesus) was originally Jewish and the final Prophet of Islam (Muhammed) was steeped in Jewish traditions from his youth (even though he and his tribe were not Jewish). They began their own teachings based in Judaism. Jews believe in the Old Testament of the Bible, but not the New Testament, which is part of the Christian faith. Christian people believe in both the Old and New Testament.

In that way, you can consider those major religions, Islam and Christianity, as related to Judaism.

In terms of how peoples of different religions have interacted with Jewish people...that's a more complicated question.

Before Christianity and Islam were founded, the Jewish people faced persecution for their religion in Rome and Egypt for believing in one God.

Antisemitism has long standing roots among some Christians, while tensions between Jewish people and Muslim people in places such as Israel has been problematic.
