Why would experts think one Midget sub would make 3 rooster tails in one photo. Photo would be taken for less then 1/2 second. For the Midget sub to make 3 rooster tails in less then a second it would traveling faster then sound. This episode seems to be lacking "experts" to say a Midget sub can make THREE rooster tails in one Photo. I calculate this Midget Sub would have to travel 6818.18 miles an hour to to place 3 rooster tails in 100 feet at 100th of a second using a Leica Camera with say a 22 f stop. That is impossible!!!

The midget subs did no actual damage
No, those shot down died in the crash or didn't surrender This is not correct. There was one POW taken at Pearl Harbor: Kazuo Sakamaki, a midget submarine officer.
The Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor in bomber planes, fighter planes, submarines, and torpedo bombers. They also planned to use midget submarines but most didn't make it.
US Soldiers were NOT the first to fire at the enemy at Pearl Harbor. US Sailors were the first men to open fire at the enemy at Pearl Harbor. US Crewmen aboard the US Navy destroyer USS Ward, sank a Japanese Mini-Submarine (Midget Sub) prior to the aerial attack.

Short answer: The Japanese attacked with airplanes from six aircraft carriers, and they also used submarines. The standard-sized submarines were in the Hawaiian waters outside of Pearl Harbor, and midget submarines were sent into Pearl Harbor itself. Details on the web.

Type A midget submarines. (It's a funny name but that's what they're called.)
The Germans never invaded Pearl Harbor. The Japanese Attacked Pearl Harbor using a combination of aircraft, and midget submarines on Dec. 7, 1941. This should not be misconstrued at an invasion which implies occupation by ground troops.
Japanese aircraft bombing at high & low level & torpedo bombers. An attack by midget submarines was thwarted.
It was the USS Ward who fired the first shots to a Japanese midget subs in the early morning of December 7, 1941 before the Japanese Imperial Army attack and bombed pearl Harbor.
