To make Germans think the Jews should be executed
Because they didn't have a home and were enemies in the germans eyes
Generally it was the way that the Nazis (and the Germans) treated the Jews and arguably treated the Gypsies even worse.
Many of the groups the Nazis victimized - Jews, Communists, homosexuals - were held in contempt by many German people. Also, many Germans benefitted financially from the Holocaust.
Nazis carried out the Holocaust during and just before WW II
Lots of Germans, yes, did move out of Germany for a while during the Holocaust because they were against Hilter's beliefs against Jews. Of course, the Germans that were Nazis were too obsessed with Hilter's power that they did not move out because they agreed with him. Many Germans were upset with what Hilter was doing because a lot of Germans had connections with Jews. During that time, some Germans were upset with the Nazis because Jewish literature, physics, and arts were considered "bad" and they were banned.
Not all Germans and/or Nazis believed in Hitler's mission to wipe out all the Jews. If a Nazi was caught helping a jew or spoke his mind about how he felt about Hitler's holocaust, he probably would be tortured and executed. Two based-on-a-true-story movies to watch with good Germans is The Pianist and Schindler's List.
Technically, the Nazis, SS, Ukrainians, and Hungarians carried out the task. Some Jews, called kapos were also collaborators.

Germans who did so were risking their life, since the Nazis would kill them if they found out.
The Holocaust, the attempted extermination of the Jews and other groups deemed "undesirable" by the Nazis, was based on the idea that the Germans were the "master race." In every respect, it was a violent expression of discrimination.

At that time, the Nazis or the Germans were expanding... Jews were hated because of the statement "the chosen people of God"...
Yes, of course. The Nazis' aim (at that stage) was to kill all Jews that they could lay their hands on: it was genocide.
It was the Nazis who carried out the Holocaust.

This is not a simple answer: There were many people tried and punished for their involvement, there were many who died before they could be put on trial and there were many who escaped before they could be brought to trial. The Holocaust was initiated by the Nazis, but as it grew, non Nazis also helped and also non Germans.
Everywhere that the Holocaust took place.
The Nazis were the Germans...
