The United States favored the allies due to how they were allies with the allied countries. The United States had friends, and those countries that were friends with them included Great Britain, China, The Soviet Union, et cetera. Thus to being friends with them, the United States helped them by sending arms, medical supplies and other equipment, eventually soon to fight among them.
