During World War I, the arrival of the American Expeditionary Force (or, AEF) affected the Allied war effort in numerous ways, including on the front line of the Western Front itself. And yet, it was the energy and optimism of the indomitable American spirit that may have been most significant, as these provided the war-weary Europeans with a significant morale boost at a critical time.
When WW 2 was going on many men were being drafted. So women had to start doing mens jobs. This started to "liberate" American woman more but wasnt fully in affect until the late 60's.

The arrival of new American troops brought a new sense of hope to the Allied troops. Allied troops were tired and feeling like the war would never end, the new troops brought energy, hope, and enthusiasm.
The Europeans profited because of their arrival, and got very rich. On the other hand, the Native Americans decreased in population, became very poor and nearly got wiped out.

During World War I, the arrival of American troops did in fact affect the spirit of the British, French, and other allied troops in Europe in 1917 and beyond. In general, the optimism, the energy, and the passion of the American soldiers, as well as their effectiveness in battle, lifted the spirits of the soldiers who had already been fighting the Central Powers for several long, difficult years.
