The black death effected women because they had more choices. For example many of their husbands would have died which meant thye could chose any another man to marry, rich or not. Women also had more duties because many of the men workers had died so their responsbility to cook, clean and look after crops would be more tough. This change happened quickly, but then about 150 years later the population grew back to normal and the pressure on them would be more layed back.
