Cities began to grow, and serfs gained freedom.
alot of serfs were dying so they asked for higher payment to their lords
The power in the Kings/Monarchs got diminished because feudalism ended after the black death. This means there was a rise in higher-class because they started to pay more for a servant considering most serfs/peasants were dying. therefore, power was basically demolished after the black death :)
The serfs who used to farm their land and bring in their crops all died off, leaving no one to do all the hard work, which was too much for them to do alone, so they generally left their lands and went elsewhere.
No, the black death did not end the middle ages. The black death caused a lot of changes, some important, such as causing members of the nobility to try to tempt serfs to move onto their land and away from the land they were bound to. But the middle ages continued for another hundred years or more.
The survivors of the black plague demanded for more food, land, and money in exchnge for working in the lord's fields. Teh lord would agree, since he needed someone to grow the crop in the fields to raise money.Eventually, the serfs would get enough money to grant freedom. When the freedom is granted to a serf, he or she would go to the town and live there, getting a job in the town.

He heavily taxed almost all products, resulting in the serfs becoming poor.
