America; the new world, is known to be a cosmopolitan nation, and when people from all around the world settle down in America and after getting independent from Great Britain in 1783, it was appropriate for this nation to set its own rules and government, so the constitution sets the law in the USA and introduces democracy which; by its turn, justified the expansion to the west and the execution of the indians, and now the muslims. in fact, the constitution changes America from a mingled heterogeneous society to a democratic united and homogeneous country.
