By escaping into the ocean. Those who could adapt to the water evolved to escape the destruction of the world above sea level. When the land could sustain life again the aquatic mammals migrated back onto land, evolving into land creatures. Though mind you, this took a very long time to happen, as evolution is not a very fast thing.
The Daily Orbit - 2012 Asteroid Killed Ancient Mammals 2-6 was released on: USA: 4 September 2013
No. It is most commonly believed that (non avian) dinosaurs were wiped out by an asteroid impact. Mammals did not come to dominance until several million years later.
i think asteroid, mammals eating eggs, disease and being unable to eat/poisoned by flowers
An asteroid did NOT destroy the dinosaurs. A flood did. Read the Bible. :) The flood was the one who killed the dinosaurs, but Noah took small dinosaurs (e.g lizards, crocodiles).
The dinosaurs were killed by an asteroid impact around 66 million years ago at the end of the Cretaceous period. This event triggered mass extinctions and led to the decline of dinosaurs and the rise of mammals as the dominant terrestrial animals.
That's right; Ceres is the largest asteroid.
asteroid
The asteroid missed the Earth's atmosphere by inches. We will begin asteroid mining soon.
If there is an atmosphere, the light will gradually dim as the asteroid approaches the asteroid.
