Most white people think about black people as people; who is kind or helpful and who is not; who knows where to buy a certain thing or will a certain person like a ride to work tomorrow, I think they took their car to the shop; would that person like this movie and be able to go with me or perhaps I could get a ride to church with this person; is this person able to pick up some milk for me on the way home from work or those people keep a nice little garden in front of their house...

There are some white people, however, that still have that thinking that blacks are still inferior and those people are what we call racists. Those are the uneducated people that think the same ways that Southern white people thought back in the late 1800s and earlier 1900s. They still have the "Jim Crow" mentality basically saying that blacks shouldn't be free to mingle with whites. Good thing that most of those people live in rural areas that African Americans rarely live in.

All in all, it depends on the person. A person may not like a certain black person but not because the person is black, maybe the person is a real jerk or did something wrong. We are all people who are entitled to their own opinions, not a group of people who all think the same. We are individuals.

Many think very ill of Black Americans from around the world. It is certainly not because it is justified, but because many decide to believe stereotypes that are thrown around because they have not come in contact with any African American.

Are there more whites or blacks in the world?

In terms of people, white or black is a subjective term. Who decides the difference of those people in the middle. - Frankly I think that is a very stupid question, because it is that kind of thinking that led to Apartheid. Many people who never thought they were black suddenly became a degree of black under this horrible policy.
