In America, women were wonderful help during WW2. Look up " Rosie The Riveter".

Women came out of their homes and began to work in factories in far greater numbers than ever before. They had to due to the fact that a huge number of our men were over seas fighting the war. They even played semi pro Baseball with traveling teams . For an example of that see the Madonna / Tom Hanks movie " A League of Their Own".

Women during WW2, helped to save this great nation.
