Forums and all that. you dont need to be born with it. everyone has an aura, and there own energy body. therefore they can manipulate energy and use it to there will.
Firstly psychic abilities have not been proven (not to be mistaken for not real) so it is difficult to give a definate answer.
Some people believe that people are born with psychic abilities and that that it is impossible to become a psychic if you were not born with the ability.
Others believe that psychic ability is a skill just like shuffling a deck of cards or answering maths question, therefore can be learnt by most people and just like all skills it can be achieved through practice. However, some people believe that your genes limit the level of skill you are capable of achieving, for example, it is proven that genes do limit the IQ you may achieve, so this could apply to psychic abilities as well. But others believe that psychic abilities is purely based on on much effort you put into practicing the skill
In conclusion, the exact way of becoming a psychic is still unclear at this moment in time.

We are all psychic, it is a natural ability. It is stronger in some than others, that it true, but in all it has to be developed to be of any real value.
There are several methods to use, all needing dedication & patience as to develop as a psychic can take many years. Meditation & Tarot are 2 tools that worked for me, as did Guided Meditations. Sadhara

∙ 14y agoThere are a lot of phychic development books on the market to study, but I felt it takes a while to do this. The best way in my opinion would be to find a phychic development circle and you can learn about these abilities and learn to use them for a purpose. the benefit is when you're in a class like this with others, you all create a bigger phychic energy than you would be able to on your own at first, this makes it a lot easier to develop and experiment. Contact your local spiritualist church and ask them to recommend a medium who may be running a phychic development circle. They are great and you meet fantastic people who have similar abilities and experiences. have fun! :) x
