I got 27 laps in fourth grade last year. The healthy fitness zone was 37, so I wasn't healthy. This year, I'm in fifth grade, and I need 36 laps to make the healthy fitness zone. I hope I'll be healthy this year. If you get 33, 34, 35, or any other number below those, you're not healthy. How do you like that? Thumbs up if you think that's great!

The PACER (Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run) is the default aerobic capacity test in FITNESSGRAM. The PACER is a multistage fitness test adapted from the 20-meter shuttle run test published by Leger and Lambert (1982) and revised in 1988 (Leger et al.). The test is progressive in intensity-it is easy at the beginning and gets harder at the end. The progressive nature of the test provides a built-in warm-up and helps children to pace themselves effectively.
Cardiovascular Fitness
The PACER running test is used in the Fitnessgram fitness exam.

Yes, 149 is a fantastic score. The pacer test starts off slow and gains... well, pace. Not only is it testing someone's speed, but also their stamina! 149 is quite a remarkable score for anyone. Congratulations!

The FitnessGram Pacer Test measures aerobic capacity and endurance by requiring participants to run back and forth across a 20-meter distance at progressively faster intervals. A good score for an 11-year-old girl would depend on various factors such as her fitness level, training, and overall health. On average, an 11-year-old girl may aim to reach a score of around 30-40 laps in the Pacer Test, but it's important to remember that individual performance can vary greatly. It's recommended to consult with a fitness professional for a more accurate assessment and to set appropriate goals for improvement.
