That is completely not true!! I'm an exchange student from America that's living in Germany and I've found out that they mainly flirt with the eyes, like if they constantly look at you and if you're lucky, they'll put in a small smile. That's about it. It took me a while to figure this out being that I live in America where the guys are so forward and blunt, but that's not the case here.
