Choose the "Page Break Preview" so that you can see the extra pages. First you will need to highlight all of the extra cells that are being printed. Right-click and select "Delete" Choose the option that is best for your situation - the safest bet is to "Shift cells" rather than deleting an entire row or column. Click "Ok". After you have done this, try right-clicking and select "Reset Print Area". This should eliminate any blank pages from your document. If this does not solve the problem, you may try right-clicking and highlighting all of the cells you want printed and then right-click and select "Set Print Area".

What if I've signed a blank sheet of paper and my business partner has printed some document on it. Am I responsible for my signature if proven that paper was signed before any text was printed?

Yes, if you can prove that your signature came before the document text, then you have shown that the document was a fraud. But that's the least of your concerns. You need a new business partner, and you need to stop signing blank sheets of paper. Bad habit on your part. HOW CAN ONE PROVE THAT THE SIGNATURE CAME BEFORE OR AFTER THE DOCUMENT WAS PRINTED?
