Remove the bolts holding the transmission pan in place and the fluid will come out and you can access the filter. The filter should pull right out and the ne2w one just presses back into place.
Remove the Right wheel and inner plastic fender which will allow you access to the tensioner side of the motor. There will be a few bolts holding into place on the block. Remove the bolts and remove the entire tensioner assembly. Reverse for replacement.

I got the answer from another site: 4 screws on the inside/bottom of dash; put front windshield down, which gives access to the remaining screws/bolts holding the dash in place. Presto!
The starter is located between the engine and the firewall towards the bottom. There are 3 bolts that hold it in place. zx2 2002 model.
