I have looked for one for quite some time now, and I have never found one.
There is a list of people who survived the Bataan death march. It was an 80 mile walk in the blistering sun with little to no food or water, and included heavy abuse and even murder by the Japanese against their prisoners. This was later judged to be a war crime.

I searched around for an answer for you. I could not find any list of the Kapampangan of the Philippines who were heroes of World War 2. I found you a list of other significant Kapampangans on a link below. Perhaps someone who contributed to that article can help you or the Bataan Death March Museum people can help you. It is possible to send emails to people in the Philippines in English because they are fluent in English in the Philippines.
At the beginning of the book GHOST SOLDIERS by Hampton Sides, is a very long list.I'm not sure that it is it of the survivors, those who died during the march and the years in camps, or both. Either way, the book is well worth the very strong readthat it is.
