I don't know that there has ever been a complete list. There were no good lists to begin with of everyone that started on the march, so no list of those who did not arrive at the end could be possible. The best estmates I have ever seen are that more than 600 Americans and more than ten thousand Filipino troops were murdered. See the Related Link below to visit the website of the Bataan and Corregidor Survivors Association. They would have the best information

I searched around for an answer for you. I could not find any list of the Kapampangan of the Philippines who were heroes of World War 2. I found you a list of other significant Kapampangans on a link below. Perhaps someone who contributed to that article can help you or the Bataan Death March Museum people can help you. It is possible to send emails to people in the Philippines in English because they are fluent in English in the Philippines.
At the beginning of the book GHOST SOLDIERS by Hampton Sides, is a very long list.I'm not sure that it is it of the survivors, those who died during the march and the years in camps, or both. Either way, the book is well worth the very strong readthat it is.
See related Link for a list.
Check the site of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, it will list the name, rank, age, home of record, branch of service, and date of death.
