You start by crawling under the rear axle by the brake drum. If you look at the bottom of it (from the axle side) you will see a small oval-shaped plug. You take that out with a small screwdriver and you will see a rod going through a small gear with teeth. You take a large screw driver or pry bar and press on the gear, rotating it towards the outside of the wheel. This causes the brake shoes to move outward. keep turning it till you feel some resistance, and the brake shoe is touching the drum. Then your all set!
