How do I ask this girl out who we used to talk kind of a lot and she even told me who she liked at the time but its about a year later we hardly talk but I like her and it seems to me she likes me?

You didn't mansion what type of girl she is. I mean is she emotional or not . But forget about that. In my point of view girls are always jelause about another girl. So Avoid her and make friendship with another girl but only friendship. If the girl u like she comes to you by her ownself and hate the girl u made ur friend then you make sure she likes you.
