How do I beat Ganon's Tower in Wind Waker?

You collect the three pearls, which activates the tower of the gods, go to ancient hyrule, transform Tetra into princess Zelda, beat the earth and wind temples to revive the master sword's powers, Tetra gets stolen, basically beat all the bosses over again in Ganondorf's dungeon, beat Ganondorf, end game.

Then you do it a second time. At the the end of the second time, it's exactly the same, except there's no change and you can go back and beat Ganondorf's dungeon over and over, which I found pointless and completely boring and confusing, seeing as I redid it on accident because there was no evidence of the game being completed. After you beat him... you essentially go back to the starting point of the dungeon. Nothing happens. It's the biggest flaw.

use the mirror shield take out you sword hold R in the sun lite aim it at him until he becomes solid pick him up throw him at the spikes that are tall, he will separate into little ghost. kill each little ghost then you beat him.

You enter the tower. Then there is a door that has crappy pictures of 4 bosses that you have already beaten. At the top right side, there is the fat ghost from the earth temple. You have to beat him again. At the left top side, it is the big plant that is from the forbidden woods. You have to beat that again.At the bottom right side, it is the boss from the wind temple. Then you have to beat THAT again. At the bottom left side, it is the boss from the fire temple. You have to beat THAT again. Then the door will break. Then you go in. Then you go in the door on the right. Then you jump down. Then the phantom ganondorf will appear. When you kill it, go in the door that the handle of his sword points to. Repeat this until you get to a room with a different looking wall.Then kill that phantom ganondorf.Then a treasure chest will appear and there are light arrows. Go out the door. There is another phantom. The only way to kill it is to shoot it with the light arrows. Get its queer sword and hit the glowing wall.Then go in. Then go up tons up stairs. (you have to) At the top shoot the 2 knights with the light arrows. The door handle will come up. Go in. Then you have 2 beat puppet ganon. To beat it you use the boomerang to cut the strings and hit the blue ball on his butt with the light arrows. Repeat this. On the spider, which is next, he jumps and spins in the air. When he lands, you have to beat between the legs that have the ball. Shoot that with the light arrows. Repeat. On the snake you just have to hit it at the right time. When you beat him a red rope comes. You get on the stone in the middle and jump on to the rope. Climb up. Theres a 3 story thing you have to do. Use the grappling hook on the 1st and 2nd part. On the last part theres a target to a blue entrance. Use the hookshot. Then theres ganon. Use the master sword to hit him. When the A flashes use it. Then Zelda tries to hit him with the light arrows. When she does, he knocks her out. When she wakes up you and she cant hit him. Then she tells you to use your shield to distract him. When she hits him again he gets paralyzed for a few seconds. Then the A will glow. Use it. Then link rolls over hits him in the side and stabs him in the head. Then you've beaten the game.
