Go to Control Panel; click on "Display", then click on "Display settings or change settings"; click on "resolution" (note what resolution you are currently at) and move or change it to the lowest setting. Click "Apply" and then OK. Go to the internet and log in to Yahoo Mail. You will get a message that Yahoo Mail cannot open in the current resolution. If you go to the bottom of that page, you have an option to change to the old version or Yahoo classic one time or permanent. Click on the permanent. Your mail will open to the old version. Go back to control panel and follow the above steps, except change the resolution back to the higher or highest resolution where your computer was, click Apply and OK and you will continue to be able to open yahoo Mail to the classic Yahoo mail.

It's important to ensure that your email client is configured with these settings to maintain proper email functionality. For the latest information, always refer to Yahoo's official support documentation.
