How do I change the timedate if reserved and paid for AMC movie tickets for yesterday instead of today?

Your mistake, AMC will have had held your seats empty for you in yesterday's show. This is not their fault, it is yours, you have no right to your money back and you will have to pay for new tickets for todays showing (if there are any seats left).
However, if their system allowed you to book tickets in the past (Ie you booked TODAY for yesterday), then this IS their fault and you will be able to get your money back if you can prove this.
