There is no "correct" burning; a PlayStation will simply not read a burned disc. There is probably nothing wrong with your computer, your drive, or your discs.
No. It just downloads from internet. You have to save it then burn using another app.
Yes if you burn them the right way (they are not corrupted) and your console is modded. Blame DRM for them not letting you play burned games.
Yes, a DVD burner is needed to burn a DVD from bit torrent movies.
To seed you just keep the torrent file in your application with it still on green (means that you're uploading) - this also means you can't move the file(s) to another part of your hard drive unless you relocate using the application, If you want to really reassure yourself that you're seeding, open a saved torrent file from your hard drive into your application. When the options come up, uncheck everything so you won't download. Since it won't be downloading, it will immediately go on to seeding. Average uploaders request a 1:1 upload - say you've just got a 120MB file, you're expected to upload atleast that same amount. Although the recommended would be 2:1, especially if its a relatively new torrent.
Unfortunately you can't.
Found one here, but first download BitTorrent, then download this torrent and it should open in BitTorrent. After it downloads, you'll most likely need to burn it to a CD before playing. http://www.sumotorrent.com/en/details/6128709/Dogz%204.html ^ torrent.
Torrenting of any sorts is illegal, so you don't.
No now delete your warez or the FBI will get you

regular cds don't work on the wii
you either buy your games in a store, or you download them from torrent sites, which is considered illegal by most people. Assuming you mean "illegal downloading" you'd have to find a torrent site (such as mininova, torrenz, isohunt, you name it) and download the game using a torrent programme. You burn it on a DVD and put it in your wii (assuming that you have already installed the appropriate software, if not, try googling "homebrew channel" and follow the instructions)
