I have a 1994 and enter it like this:
Put ignition key in Yacc position
Using the radio memory buttons (1-6) use buttons 1-4 to set code. i.e. Press button 1 the correct number of times until you have the first number of your code. Then go to button 2 and set, etc. When done setting correctly it should beep and be set. If not correct try again. If you get this error '3Err' you need to call a dealer because you've maxed out your tries.
