by using this equation (your wight/your tall in meter square)

if you got 25 or less little it is great if got above your weight is hi

and there a scheduled for that

example ( 75 kg / (1.75*1.75) = 24.5 and this means almost perfect

or use this simple calculations

for men

take a meter from your tall in meter and it will be your perfect wight in kg

example your 175 cm means 75 kg

example 169 cm means 69 kg

for women

take a 1.05 meter (one meter and 5cm) from your tall in meter and it will be your perfect wight in kg

example your 175 cm means 70 kg

example 169 cm means 65 kg

this is accurate by 85%
