S&A may not be operating restaurants, but many back room operations and business are still going strong. Like any Co that enters BK anyway, part of the process is the Court requiring and establishing an administartor to wind up the needed affairs, which W-2 and many other reporting is one. In fact, you should have received your W-2 by now. Perhaps you changed addresses and didn't contact them or such? Try contacting them one way or another...and if not follow the procedure under this question here: "What do you do if you did not receive a W2 or a W-2 form or a 1099 form"
