You can also call Aaykar Sampark Kendra (0124-2438000) in writing or through electronic means in English or Hindi or in the official language of the area in which the application is being made and will have to be accompanied with the prescribed fees.
Please mention your name address reason to sought information. Its better to request information under section 7 of the RTI Act in which information can be sought within 24 hours after the receipt of your application stating the information is crucial for your life.
Alternatively you can also request court to order:
- Opposite party to produce their income tax details
- Opposite party to show receipts of financial transitions and Pan Card details if they have withdrawn more than RS 50,000 in a day(its important to ask them a question first had they given all money in one day or how did they made a payment of dowry date and amount).
