Replace with a new disc if professional cleaning machine does not fix it
Probably warped brake discs. Remove them and have an auto parts store measure them. If they are still thick enough they can be machined flat. If too thin you will have to buy new ones. Beware tire-shop jockeys who tighten the h*** out of your wheels when changing tires. They are a frequent cause of brake discs warping.
Changing brake discs and pads is very easy and will take less than an hour on most vehicles. Modern pads and discs are much the same to replace on most cars. Car Parts Direct have a five minute video to show you how to replace your brakes. They also have discounted brakes you can buy online.

replace front brake discs and pads.
On my 2007 Sonata I had to replace the brake pads and rotors at 57000 miles.
This indicates your discs are warped due to excess heat. Replace both discs with new pads and hey presto.
