How do I float in water standing?
you can't because standing means your feet are on the ground and floating means any part of your body can not touch the ground. So it is not possible to float in the water standing =)
the material its is made from is less dense than water so it floats, and it is so much denser that it can take a humans weight once at a certain speed, but not enough to float with a human on it when 'standing still' in the water.
A boat can float on the water, and a submarine can float in the water.

density of the vinegar compared to the water Actually, it does float in water, but only salt water.
Yes. Salt water has a slightly higher density then fresh water which means its a little easier for things to float in salt water. So if it floats in fresh water it will certainly float in salt water.
No, water does not float on gas. Gas floats on water.
Soil floats on water!
An object which is denser than water can float on water when it has a specific shape which lends it buoyancy. For example, a sheet of iron will not float on water but if the same sheet is bent in shape of a bowl, it can float on water.

The material which are less denser than water will float on water..!!
water doesn't float on oil, but it is the oil that floats on the water because of it's low density which makes it float on water of high density.
Substances that float float better in salt water then in fresh water because salt water is more dense as a result of the salt that is dissolves in the water.
no cobalt does not float on water, it has no way for air to seap through, there fore, it cant float

Objects float better in salt water because the denser the water the easier the object will float for instance if your at a salt water beach you will float easier in a salt water beach then you will floating in a swimming pool.
There is NO property of water that allows things to float. Floating in not a property of a substance. It is the difference in density of two objects that allows one to be buoyant when surrounded by the other. This a balloon can float on air, A steel ship can float on water and oil can float on water.
why sodium floats on water!!! sodium has to float on water as it is very reactive.
