A windows administrator account is a type of user that you can have on your list, an admin has full control and rights to to anything on the computer where as a standard user does not.
That's a contradiction. You can't "give administrator rights but not give administrator rights."
That depends on the error you get. Most likely you do not have permission to create/copy files into windows XP volumes. You can use "Security" to grant required rights.
You need to determine the letter of the drive in which the flash drive is inserted. To do this, you can enter Windows Start menu (Windows logo in the bottom left) and click on Computer. Find the drive where you have the flash drive, and remember it.Now to get a command prompt, you need to click the Start Menu again. In the Search space, type "Command Prompt." This should open a black window with the following:Microsoft Windows [version (information specific to your computer)]Copyright ---- (the year) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.C:\User\HomeThere will be a flashing underscore (cursor). Type the following: Format G:This should do what you hope.
It means the file name extension (format) is incompatible with Windows Movie Maker, or you are attempting to import a DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected audio piece.

Windows XP Pro is not a program, it is the OS (operating system), as such it will not be found in Add/Remove programs unless you have upgraded from a previous OS such as 98. If this is the case do this to uninstall XP. # Start your computer to Safe Mode with Command Prompt. You must log on as an administrator or a user that has administrator rights. # At the command prompt, type cd\, and then press ENTER. # Type cd\windows\system32, and then press ENTER. # Type osuninst.exe, and then press ENTER. # Follow the instructions on the screen to begin uninstalling Windows XP from your computer to restore the previous operating system. Maybe you are not upgrading from a previous Windows OS? You can uninstall Windows XP when you install another OS or reinstall XP. Just format the harddisk. Simple.
Ghost xp is a copy of windows xp, like if you want to copy everything on it and put on another computer. Popular for pirating xp in China especially. Only legal if you have rights for XP on each computer you put on.

this depends on the access rights settings on those programs defined by the administrator of the computer.
As long as the TV clips are not protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management) they can be imported, used/edited in Windows Movie Maker.Also...Microsoft Recorded TV Show files (with a .dvr-ms file name extension) that are not protected using digital rights management can be imported into Windows Movie Maker if your computer is running Windows Vista Home Premium or Windows Vista Ultimate.Certain features in Windows Movie Maker, such as Auto-Movie, require imported files to have both read and write permissions.
