Keep the tires at the pressure recommended by Ford. Remove anything from the camper you do not need which will reduce the weight you are carrying. Drive the speed limit and start off easy. When coming to a stop let off the gas was before you stop and coast to a stop using the brakes sparingly when possible. Dual exhaust with headers will help but it may not be cost effective unless you are driving allot of miles. Make sure the spark plugs and wires are in perfect condition. Other than that there is not much else you can do.

It is located in the floor. When you first step up in the camper, there is a compartment right when you get to the floor of the camper. It should flip up.
To increase the gas mileage in your hybrid car, consider taking your time as you stop. Quick stops require the brakes to do most of the work, but when a hybrid stops slowly, the electric motor acts like a generator and converts some of the rolling motion of the vehicle into electricity. This replenishes the battery to a small degree and can add up to better gas mileage.
