How do I get my 2011 W-2 online from Dollar Tree?

I worked for Dollar Tree in 2008-2009 and here are the steps that you will need to follow (print your W-2 off of the ADP Website)

Your can either register or order a copy:

Registering for Online W-2s

1. Type this URL into your browser: https://w2.adp.com.

2. Click the Register Now link.

3. Click the Register Now button.

4. Type in the Registration Pass Code: DLTR-W2, then click Next.

5. In the "I want to verify my identity using my:" field, leave Social Security Number (SSN)

selected. You must use your Social Security Number to verify your identity.

6. Type in your name (as it appears on your pay check) and your Social Security Number.

7. Click Next.

8. Type in your e-mail address. This e-mail address will be used to send you your username and password information.

9. Type in your City/Town of birth. Then select two separate security questions and provide

answers.

10. Your user ID will be displayed on this screen. Write it down.

11. Next, create your password and click Submit. Note: Keep your password handy for logging in later.

12. You will be directed back to the login screen of the W-2 Portal. Click Login.

14. Select Yes to "Go Paperless."

15. Click Accept to confirm the "paperless" selection.

13. Type in your username and password, and click OK. Check your e-mail if you've forgotten your username. You will receive an e-mail from ADP that includes your username and password.

16. Type the confirmation number here, then click Save. You're done!

17. To view and print a W-2, click on the link for the year you need.

REGISTRATION PROCESS IF YOU CANNOT VERIFY IDENTITY

1. If you receive the following message:

!"Sorry, we could not verify your identity with the information you provided.

Please check your information and enter it again."

Optionally, you can continue the registration process by selecting an

individual ADP product and validating your identity against that product.

2. DOUBLE CLICK ON continue the registration process

3. Select a Service: drop down box and select W2 Services CLICK NEXT

4. Employee ID: Your employee number is located on the top left corner

of your pay stubs. You do not need to enter leading zeros when

entering your employee number.

5. Company Code = WFX

6. Home ZIP Postal Code:

7. Tax Year: 2009

9. Middle Initial:

10. Last Name:

11. Business/Personal E-Mail:

12. Confirm E-Mail:

13. Phone:

CLICK NEXT

14. City Town of Birth: (No punctuation)

15. Birth Month and Day

16. Select Security Question 1 (Remember this) answer must be over 6 characters

17. Select Security Question 2 (Remember this) answer must be over 6 characters

CLICK NEXT

18. Create Password: (Remember this)

19. Confirm Password:

CLICK SUBMIT

20. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be directed

to the home page.
