My chicken raising lady friend does this. She takes the broody hen, removes the eggs, and places her in a cage so her bottom is cold...sometimes she even puts a fan near her - to keep wind flowing over her bottom. Don't blow the air directly on her, as she will get ill and die (bad) the hen eventually gives up brooding air. (good) make sure you keep removing the eggs on a daily basis.
probably
About three to four weeks after hatching.
No, they leave the nest about 14 days after hatching.
Around three weeks after hatching.
about 10 days after hatching
They leave when the egg is distributed. They return soon after hatching.
A group of farmers leave their homes to search for more fertile lands elsewhere.
well usually about 3 weeks after hatching they will start Peiping there heads out of the nest box
I think that you can just leave them in a cool place, because eggs need to be warm to hatch.
you really cant.. DONT TOUCH THEM. just leave them alone. the mother hen knows if there fertile or not. if there not fertile she'll push them to the side, if they are fertile she will sit on them. but sometimes a pushed aside egg is fertile and also it is always warm as the person said above DON'T TOUCH THEM!!
Wait for principal to leave then you leave
Fright, short trip for food, nest of eggs not hatching and the bird will give up.
