How do I get over a celebrity crush When I get a crush a just get depressed and I think about the person 90 of my day I would be fine with this if I didn't get depressed How do I get over this person?

It is very difficult to get over a celebrity crush. Honestly, when you have a crush on someone you don't know, you basically have a crush on this image you have created in your head of that person. Remember that they are human and they have faults. If you can get them off of a pedestal and look at them realistically, that would be a good start.
One thing I have done in the past is to channel my energy into a creative outlet. For example, writing is very therapeutic. Write about your feelings and the difficulty you are having with them in a journal. Just getting your thoughts out really helps you to cleanse your mind.
And finally, channel your energy into something more productive. Keep your mind busy and active. If you have so much time to think about a crush, then you need to keep yourself busy. Do some work in your community, focus on helping others, find a great book to read, get together with friends, have a movie night, find a list of crafts to do, or some new activities to try that you have always wanted to do.
It takes time to get over a crush, but if you really make an effort, you will. Just try focusing on bettering yourself. And remember that you are the only person you can depend on for your happiness, not someone else.
