How do I get the keys out of the closed trunk of a Ford Taurus?

some rear seats fold down. you could just reach or crawl back. if you dont want to call a locksmith. look up where the emergency trunk release is, drill a small hole in the undercarriage and use a long stiff wire with a hook bent into the end (clothes hanger) to reach it (maybe a second small hole with a flashlight so you can see inside. with a little luck, this will work. the holes can easily be patched with epoxy tape found at auto parts stores.

I have 99 Ford Taurus and the key I have has a ford logo on it does that make it one of the keys with the chip in it its not one of the fat keys and it doesn't work to open my trunk only the dash?
