Hopefully the water did not short your circuitry out when you fell in the pool. One trick that is usually pretty universal for drying electronics is to fill a sealable container (Tupperwear container) with white rice. Disassemble your phone as much as possible (remove battery and battery access door) and place all within the sealed container. With any luck the rice will absorb all the water within the phone leaving the phone still operable.
