You probably got this item by defeating a chicken or some sort of bird. The cornucopia was originally dropped by turkeys that appeared when the event was going on or if you spotted ten hidden turkeys in runescape. But the strange thing that the creators of runescape did is let you get the cornucopia after the event was over by defeating certain birds.
P.S. I'm pretty sure you can only have one of these items at a time.
i got mine from killing chickens my account wasnt active during event. it is very very very rare to get it from killing birds. i met a lvl 90 guy who was so super geleous i had one
