I have been reading so much about parakeets lately and I read that it may be because of lack of exercise. So try to take your parakeets out of their cage once in a while. You can also try putting some new toys in their cage and introducing new toys once they get tierd of the old one.

This means that they are very sensitive to what is on their turf.
or, it might be that they simply dont like each other.
